About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes
Develop sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable business process improvements
Research best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data
Collect and analyze process data
Initiate, develop, and recommend business practices and procedures focused on enhanced safety, increased productivity, and reduced cost
Determine how new information technologies can support business process re-engineering
Potentially specialize in benchmarking, business process analysis and re-engineering, change management and measurement, and/or process-driven systems requirements
Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives and their linkages to related areas
Determine appropriate courses of action and make decisions regarding work methods with minimal direction
Follow established guidelines and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate's Degree
Less than 5 years of technical experience
Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Experience in process documentation, workflow analysis, and process improvement (preferred)
Background in change management, including readiness assessment, communication planning, training, and adoption support (preferred)
Ability to complete process improvement projects from initiation through implementation, including scope, timelines, and deliverables (preferred)
Stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills (preferred)
Ability to use data, KPIs, and reporting tools to measure outcomes, identify insights, and demonstrate results (preferred)
Technical proficiency with Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Office tools, and process/project management systems such as flowcharting and enterprise platforms (preferred)
Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps for home internet
Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
