About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise platform modernization and strategic transformation initiatives
  • Partner with executive and senior leadership to align program objectives with organizational strategy and business priorities
  • Develop and maintain integrated roadmaps, implementation plans, milestone schedules, and delivery frameworks across multiple workstreams
  • Establish governance structures and facilitate executive-level forums for decision-making, issue resolution, and accountability
  • Identify, assess, and manage enterprise risks, interdependencies, and organizational impacts
  • Direct cross-functional teams across business, technology, operations, vendors, and external partners
  • Drive resource planning and optimization
  • Lead organizational readiness, change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning
  • Monitor program performance and communicate progress through executive reporting and presentations
  • Provide data-driven recommendations and delivery insights for strategic planning and investment decisions
  • Improve governance, delivery methodologies, processes, and organizational effectiveness
  • Act as a strategic partner and advisor to executive leadership
  • Influence outcomes across multiple functional areas without direct authority
  • Balance short-term delivery objectives with long-term transformation goals
  • Anticipate risks and opportunities and develop mitigation and execution strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of project/program leadership experience
  • Experience leading enterprise transformation or platform modernization
  • Experience with Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models
  • Strong executive stakeholder, governance, and decision-making skills
  • Proven leadership, communication, and change management capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Master's degree preferred
  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Prosci Change Management, and/or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and executives to translate strategy into execution
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with significant organizational impact
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
  • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
