About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify, define, and develop security architecture requirements and secure designs for AI technology solutions across business, information technology, and security domains
Lead development of technical architectures and designs
Develop security requirements and perform threat modeling
Align security and risk imperatives with business priorities
Design high-level security program infrastructure and security architecture patterns
Plan, design, and propose security enhancements for information security and technology infrastructures
Reconcile business priorities with security requirements
Identify current and emerging security threats and design architecture elements to mitigate them
Identify gaps in existing reference architecture and update impacted security architecture elements
Oversee threat modeling, risk analyses, and security assessments of enterprise and EIP infrastructure
Develop and manage security requirements for GenAI, models, MCP, Agentic AI solutions, and software integrations with Humana systems
Ensure security requirements are addressed across enterprise architecture, including reference models, segment architectures, and solution architectures
Establish AI security standards, templates, safeguards, and controls for Humana's AI application architecture
Identify opportunities for process and tooling automation within existing security architecture patterns
Participate in research, evaluation, and implementation of AI testing tools, frameworks, and utilities
Collaborate with EIP Department leaders, Humana enterprise stakeholders, and relevant EIP stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in technical Cybersecurity architecture
1+ year of experience in Artificial Intelligence Security
1+ year of experience integrating Cybersecurity technologies with existing technologies
Experience implementing Cybersecurity technologies with enterprise-wide impact
Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred: Master's Degree in a Technical Field
Preferred: CISSP or CEH certification
Experience in AI Security
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence
Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP)
Knowledge of AISPM, LLM Firewall, and DSPM
Knowledge of AI Security Frameworks and Standards, such as NIST AI RMF and OWASP Top 10 for LLM
