Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of technical experience in analytics OR a Master's Degree and at least 1 year of experience
Intermediate Python/PySpark experience in Databricks
Experience designing data models, taxonomies, or schemas, versioning and conflict/precedence rules
Intermediate Power BI and Power Apps, including DAX, semantic modeling, and performance tuning
Experience with front-end UI development using TypeScript (Angular or React) or Python (Streamlit, Dash, etc.)
Willingness to remain in the position for twelve (12) months before applying to other Humana opportunities
Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect PHI/HIPAA information
Full-stack development experience connecting front-end applications to back-end data stores
Intermediate Power Automate experience
UX and information architecture judgment for dense, expert-user applications
Proficiency in understanding healthcare-related data
