About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Enable cloud technologies to provide optimal performance, continuity, and efficiency in virtualized, on-demand environments
Utilize software to manage and monitor networks, systems, and applications within cloud software environments
Orchestrate and automate the provisioning of resources
Support critical cloud engineering, ETL, Salesforce, AI, security, and DevOps initiatives
Partner across technical teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure solutions
Influence department strategy and make decisions on technical approaches for project components
Determine objectives and approaches to assignments with minimal direction
Serve as a mentor to junior associates
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the organization
Support strategic cloud, data engineering, DevOps, and AI initiatives critical to business operations and digital transformation
Partner with stakeholders and solve complex technical challenges
Influence technical direction across multiple platforms
Work as an independent technical contributor across cloud, data engineering, Salesforce, and AI capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience
5 or more years of technical experience
Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Experience working in a Salesforce environment
Solid foundation of data engineering concepts, ETL, and distributed processing, particularly Databricks and Informatica
Medium programming skills in Python
Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases for Generative AI use cases
Understanding of MLOps and model lifecycle management
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Copado
Understanding of monitoring, observability, logging, and alerting practices
Knowledge of security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), data privacy, and responsible data governance practices
Experience working with structured and unstructured data
Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, or other container orchestration technologies
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Experience working in Agile environments
Must have experience and ability to work remote
Strong technical depth in cloud technologies, ETL processes, data engineering, Salesforce ecosystems, and emerging AI capabilities
Preferred: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
Preferred: Strong SQL skills and experience developing complex queries and data solutions
Preferred: Strong programming skills in Python
Preferred: Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or other container orchestration technologies
Preferred: Proven experience with Agentic AI and Databrick ETL
Preferred: Experience mentoring junior engineers or technical team members
Preferred: Experience supporting healthcare or highly regulated environments
