About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage data supporting day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and business performance decisions
  • Lead data analysis, validation, and CMS reporting for Individual Medicare Advantage Supplemental Benefits
  • Own supplemental benefit data logic and integrate data across multiple vendors and systems
  • Manage end-to-end data used for regulatory reporting, actuarial pricing, and financial forecasting
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of supplemental benefit data for actuarial applications
  • Manage data inputs used in pricing and forecasting
  • Monitor emerging experience
  • Produce monthly Actual-to-Expected (A2E) reporting for performance management, variance analysis, and trend reporting
  • Lead process improvement and automation initiatives
  • Develop and maintain solutions in database programs, reporting tools, and summary dashboards
  • Support scalable analytics and decision-making across business partners
  • Influence department strategy and determine technical approaches for project components

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of technical experience, including database programs, reporting tools, and/or summary dashboards
  • Experience compiling, modeling, interpreting, and analyzing data to identify, explain, and influence variances and trends
  • Ability to explain variances and trends and enhance modeling techniques
  • Experience working with moderately complex to complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Must be able to work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
  • Self-provided internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed
  • This role is not eligible for work visa sponsorship
