  • Partner with business, technology, and design stakeholders to align priorities and solve complex problems
  • Help teams deliver high-quality outcomes and practical, human-centered solutions
  • Use data and customer insights to guide product decisions
  • Build trust across organizations and navigate ambiguity
  • Break down complex business and technical problems into product roadmaps, epics, and user stories
  • Write complete user stories with acceptance criteria
  • Support story acceptance and take responsibility for acceptance testing
  • Work across Technology and business organizations to strengthen collaboration and deliver healthcare solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–4+ years of relevant product management experience, including examples of products or capabilities helped bring to market
  • Experience delivering business value through lean product management, customer discovery, or human-centered design practices
  • Significant experience managing stakeholders across multiple business and technology organizations
  • Ability to align priorities, influence decisions, and maintain clear communication
  • Ability to translate customer, business, and technical needs into clear product direction
  • Familiarity with modern software delivery practices, including SDLC, lean product management, balanced teams, agile methodologies, or extreme programming concepts
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work a fixed 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday–Friday schedule in Eastern Time
