About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Shape technology products within the integrated care delivery system to maximize customer value
  • Champion the product and facilitate product and feature decisions
  • Own accountability for product content and releases
  • Liaise between agile teams and stakeholders, including Business Owners and Product Management
  • Address stakeholder needs and requirements and make prioritization decisions
  • Define and drive product vision
  • Establish increment and sprint goals
  • Prioritize and manage the team’s backlog
  • Lead product scope for clinical operations workflows related to the EMR product
  • Support workflows for Providers, Medical Assistants, and Care Integration Teams in PCO clinics
  • Manage solutions involving two leading Electronic Medical Records vendors, interfaced and standalone technologies, business processes, and change management
  • Oversee strategic planning and maintenance of supporting system infrastructure and business support processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare
  • Six Sigma or SAFe certification
  • 5+ years proven experience in product or equivalent business management
  • 3+ years demonstrated experience leading teams for product delivery
  • 2+ years experience in a Primary Care setting
  • 2+ years as a super user or equivalent experience with Electronic Medical Records system
  • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
  • Home internet with minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps
  • Occasional travel to Humana offices may be required
