  • Design, communicate, and implement operational project plans

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in both traditional project management and adaptable or Agile approaches
  • 3 or more years of experience leading complex projects or programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a matrixed environment
  • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
  • Experience across multiple business areas, technical teams, vendors, and leadership stakeholders preferred
  • Project management certification such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar preferred
  • Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, change management, or process improvement training may be helpful
