About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain secure and reliable file-transfer solutions between external partners and internal systems
Design and implement API integrations between the Record Management System and web applications
Support file upload and download functionality
Configure and troubleshoot automated file-transfer jobs
Establish FTP/SFTP connections
Gather business requirements
Ensure compliance with operational and security standards
Report to the Associate Director, HGB IT Platform and Foundational Services for Humana Military
Collaborate effectively and maintain documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 or more years of experience in systems analysis or application programming development
Proven experience in Visual Studio, ADO Repository, and NuGet package management using C# and .NET
Hands-on experience building SSIS packages
Successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS – National Background Investigation Service)
U.S. citizenship required due to Department of Defense contract
Candidates living in Puerto Rico cannot be hired
Proficiency in C#, .NET, HTML, CSS, SSIS, SQL, and related tools
Self-provided internet service with minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps
Dedicated work space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
