About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Thoroughly evaluate software products against business standards and functional requirements
- Isolate, reproduce, and track defects
- Verify software fixes
- Develop test data and procedures
- Ensure software products meet organizational standards and end-user requirements
- Apply software development cycle and quality assurance methodologies
- Make decisions regarding work methods in occasionally ambiguous situations
- Report to the Director, Network Operations
- Support Humana's efforts to secure and transition into a new business opportunity
- Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or qualifying experience
- At least 3 years of technical experience
- Experience developing test data and procedures for ensuring software products meet organization standards and end-user requirements
- U.S. citizenship required
- Approval for a government security clearance via National Background Investigation Services (NBIS)
- Master's Degree preferred
- One year Tricare Contract Experience preferred
- Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
- Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
