About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in lightweight architecture, design, and code review
- Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned IT products and platforms
- Collaborate with business leaders, users, architects, developers, and infrastructure teams to gather and prioritize requirements
- Lead product lifecycle activities from ideation and planning through implementation and ongoing optimization
- Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure solutions meet security, scalability, performance, and compliance requirements
- Manage product backlogs and prioritize initiatives based on business value, risk, and technical dependencies
- Drive implementation and rollout of new applications
- Serve as escalation point for product-related issues and incidents
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release coordination where applicable
- Serve as primary stakeholder contact and provide regular updates on product progress and outcomes
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and technology modernization
- Support vendor evaluations, technology assessments, and implementation projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field OR equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, IT Leadership, Lead Development, Solution/Application architecture or related roles
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications, systems integration, APIs, cloud platforms, databases, ELT, and software development lifecycles
- Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong understanding of at least two of: Snowflake, Databricks, RDBMS, SQL, Python
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Proven experience managing product roadmaps and delivering technology solutions
- Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
- Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
