About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create, maintain, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data based on business and functional requirements
Perform functional, regression, integration, and configuration testing
Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
Partner with developers, business analysts, product teams, and stakeholders to investigate, reproduce, and resolve defects
Retest resolved defects and validate fixes without introducing additional issues
Document testing activities, results, issues, and supporting evidence according to QA processes
Communicate testing progress, risks, defects, and resolution status to team members and management
Participate in requirements reviews, refinement sessions, and team discussions
Support continuous improvement of testing standards, processes, documentation, and procedures
Provide input on future system configurations and solution improvements based on testing observations

Requirements

What you’ll need

1 or more years’ experience working in an agile delivery environment
1 or more years’ experience writing and validating test cases
Experience and understanding of clinical workflows and platforms
Ability to work one night/early morning a month to support production turn and required testing
Willingness to learn new applications, technologies, and QA methodologies
Must be able to work 9am EST, Monday through Friday
Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
Self-provided internet service with minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps
Preferred: Medicaid exposure
Preferred: Experience working on vendor SaaS platforms
Preferred: Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar test/defect tracking platforms
