About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support execution of complex, cross-functional workstreams with guidance from team leadership

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH, or equivalent) with 2+ years of experience
- Experience in management consulting, strategy/operations consulting, or healthcare industry strategy, operations, analytics, or transformation
- Experience solving strategic and operational problems for large-scale businesses
- Experience developing business recommendations through structured, hypothesis-driven problem solving and quantitative analysis
- Strong analytical capabilities, including data interpretation, business case development, financial modeling, and research
- Ability to contribute to complex, cross-functional or enterprise-level workstreams and develop data-driven recommendations
- Strong executive storytelling and communication skills, including developing PowerPoint materials for senior leadership
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while balancing multiple priorities and producing high-quality work
- Healthcare payer experience preferred
- Experience in a top-tier management consulting environment or comparable strategy/operations consulting setting preferred
- Experience solving healthcare strategy, operations, cost, growth, or performance improvement challenges preferred
