About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support successful value-based provider relationships
Improve the provider experience and achieve path-to-value goals
Interpret department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives
Analyze provider financial patterns and trends using Excel and/or SQL
Update, maintain, and review fee scheduling and pricing structures
Review provider contracts and ensure rates are priced and applied accurately
Identify process recommendations and ensure compliance with government regulations
Collaborate and communicate with internal partners across various departments
Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings when required

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years experience with data analysis
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, and basic formatting
Proven experience delivering exceptional customer experiences in a professional environment
Proven experience organizing and prioritizing work to meet deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to communicate with various levels in the organization
EST hours
Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
