About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, execute, and manage high-impact events that drive pipeline, generate qualified opportunities, and strengthen brand presence
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute sponsored events, exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, summits, and industry fairs from concept through post-event analysis
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including timelines, vendor coordination, contracts, budgeting, shipping, venue management, and on-site execution
  • Track and manage event budgets and expenses
  • Oversee event merchandising and branded materials, including sourcing, inventory management, distribution, and brand consistency
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, venues, sponsors, and external partners
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation logistics for sales teams and executives
  • Improve event processes, scalability, and operational efficiency
  • Coordinate daily communications, event timelines, project trackers, invoices, purchase requests, booth logistics, shipping, swag inventory, and branded materials
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Leadership, design, and marketing teams
  • Resolve last-minute operational issues during event planning and execution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in the events industry
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Proven experience organizing corporate events and/or tradeshows of varying sizes
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
