About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare outgoing invoices for clinical research projects
- Review and reconcile study protocols, sponsor agreements, and service invoices from trial sites
- Ensure the accurate posting and billing of study-related services
- Prepare and maintain study budgets in Hyggio
- Review, process, and pay travel expense reimbursements and compensation for study participants
- Prepare and follow up on outstanding study visits
- Support the further development of Hyggio, including new features, reports, and process optimizations
- Work closely with internal departments, trial sites, and sponsors to ensure efficient study operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of professional experience in clinical research
- Additional expertise in commercial processes and financial accounting
- Willingness to visit trial sites in person, up to once a month and at least once per quarter
- Ideally based in northern Germany
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Good command of German and English
- Reliable, independent, detail-oriented, and structured working style
- Team player with the ability and interest to think beyond one's immediate responsibilities
- University degree and/or vocational qualification must be submitted with the application
