About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review clinical trial contracts, study budgets, and payment terms and translate them into accurate financial setups
Set up and maintain visit, procedure, start-up, administrative, and patient payment information
Perform quality checks and reconcile financial data against contracts, budgets, and protocols
Identify and resolve discrepancies, missing information, and data-quality issues
Process contract amendments and budget changes, ensuring updates are accurately implemented and documented
Work closely with Finance, Contracting, Clinical Operations, and Site Operations to clarify requirements and resolve issues
Manage multiple studies, deadlines, and priorities while maintaining accurate documentation and following applicable procedures
Contribute to financial processes supporting global clinical trials

Requirements

What you’ll need

Clinical research / clinical trial experience is mandatory
1–2 years of experience in clinical trial operations, budget or contract setup, financial administration, or a similar data-intensive role
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field
Good understanding of clinical trial contracts, study budgets, payment terms, and invoicing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
Excellent organization and prioritization skills, with a strong sense of ownership
Good Excel and data-handling skills
Good command of English (B2 or higher)
Knowledge of clinical trial or financial systems is an advantage
Awareness of ICH GCP and GDPR is a plus
CV submitted in English
