About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform sample-based quality checks
  • Immediately notify Program stakeholders and review Pharmacovigilance or Technical Complaint reports when necessary
  • Initiate quality checks after completing all mandatory client training
  • Act as backup for analysts, preparing reports and processing cases when necessary
  • Develop and deliver general and specific training in accordance with Program workflows
  • Assist the support team by answering questions about safety information
  • Generate reports as requested by clients or management
  • Review the quality of reports submitted through the Program
  • Respond to emails related to the scope of work
  • Monitor safety information forms
  • Perform other duties inherent to the position and department

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing or completed higher education in Pharmacy, Biomedicine, or related fields
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Intermediate English proficiency
  • Previous experience in the role
