About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement, configure, and optimize advertising campaigns across Programmatic, Social, and PPC/SEM platforms
  • Ensure campaigns meet technical specifications, deadlines, and performance objectives
  • Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, and delivery against client goals daily
  • Use VAKAD pacing monitors and alert systems to report delivery risks in real time
  • Implement brand safety measures to protect advertisers’ reputations
  • Configure dashboards and update tracking tools
  • Provide accurate weekly pacing and performance reports
  • Analyze success drivers, bottlenecks, and next steps
  • Collaborate with strategy teams, clients, and external partner agencies on technical specifications, creative asset alignment, and campaign launches
  • Identify technical or performance issues and propose effective solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College diploma or degree in marketing, communications, or media
  • Ideally 1 year of relevant experience in digital campaign management
  • Strong interest in and basic knowledge of, or willingness to acquire, Programmatic, Social Ads, and PPC/SEM, including Google Ads and Bing
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables
  • Working knowledge of English
  • Working knowledge of French is an asset
  • Proactivity and autonomy
  • Hands-on approach to digital media platforms
  • Ability to simplify complex contexts and synthesize thoughts clearly
  • Ability to handle deadlines with a positive attitude and strong focus
  • Clear, precise, and professional communication
