About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop the overall production strategy for multimedia components of exhibition and immersive experience projects
  • Lead and support the deployment of media production expertise across the studio
  • Participate in proposal and bidding efforts to support business development
  • Estimate costs, develop detailed budgets, and structure work schedules
  • Select, negotiate with, and manage external freelancers and subcontractors
  • Coordinate the internal team
  • Oversee the artistic and technical quality and compliance of deliverables
  • Anticipate technical or logistical challenges and propose solutions
  • Collaborate with technology integrators on integration testing, on-site debugging, and final client deployment
  • Manage the lifecycle of VR/AR projects, interactive installations, films, and physical computing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University or college degree in multimedia production, technology project management, digital media, film/television, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience producing multimedia projects
  • Experience in immersive environments, museum exhibitions, video games, or large-scale events is preferred
  • Strong understanding of audiovisual production pipelines (2D/3D and post-production)
  • Strong understanding of software development (UX/UI and integration of interactive or responsive technologies)
  • Excellent written and spoken French and English
  • Proficiency with project management and scheduling software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility and availability to travel occasionally during key installation or on-site commissioning phases
