About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer and maintain corporate IT infrastructure, including servers, endpoints, cloud services, networks, user accounts, permissions and access controls
- Design, configure, monitor and troubleshoot secure and reliable network infrastructure, connectivity services and platform health
- Own and support engineering productivity and collaboration platforms, including Git, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and associated integrations
- Maintain, monitor and improve CI/CD platforms, software delivery workflows and automation initiatives
- Provide timely and effective technical support to employees
- Develop technical documentation, standards and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, security and Airbus stakeholders to ensure platforms meet business and project needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, platform engineering or technical operations
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux environments, enterprise networking, infrastructure security, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and endpoint management through Intune
- Experience with Git, Atlassian tools, CI/CD pipelines and software delivery platform administration
- Familiarity with virtualisation and containerisation technologies
- Experience working within ITSM processes, incident management and formal change control
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skills, with a continuous improvement mindset
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
- Preferred: Experience in regulated environments (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001)
