About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support all aspects of the WMS application infrastructure, covering Blue Yonder/JDA Dispatcher and related software packages
Coordinate and manage system administrative IT aspects within the warehouse applications support area
Consult with requesting parties on technical questions and process definition
Provide daily professional support for implemented warehouse management systems across technical aspects and ticketing systems
Work across IT infrastructure teams, logistics teams, regional IT warehouse project teams, and other partners
Perform structural, organizational, and technical tasks that keep WMS running efficiently and to a high standard
Complete ad hoc tasks as defined by management
Maintain strong product knowledge and constructive relationships with internal and external customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or above in IT, business administration, logistics, or a similar discipline
Minimum 5 years of work experience, ideally international, with a strong focus on Blue Yonder/JDA Dispatcher warehousing system management
Minimum 5 years of experience with JDA Dispatcher across at least 4 domains: WMS infrastructure support, WMS configuration, and Integrator
Very good knowledge of SQL
Excellent business English (corporate language)
Ability to communicate clearly across different levels of abstraction depending on audience
Ability to proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships
Strong team player, able to effectively influence technical teams
Ability to act effectively under pressure and manage crisis situations
Strong analytical judgment — evaluating information, identifying key issues, and forming sound, practical conclusions
Ability to manage stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Service-minded, customer-driven approach with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills
Familiarity with surrounding WMS-related systems such as Citrix, Oracle database, EMS, or Parcel systems
Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholder groups, including IT infrastructure teams, logistics teams, and regional IT warehouse project teams
Experience working within a large, international, matrixed corporate structure
