About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Generate new business for Huron’s solution areas, primarily selling direct-to-customer solutions
  • Perform sales and account acquisition activities
  • Provide account management and customer service to existing and prospective clients
  • Maintain frequent contact with clients via telephone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Respond to staffing requests, RFPs, and business opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to provide additional Huron services to clients
  • Acquire new Workday customers and position Huron’s Digital Solutions as a Strategic Workday Partner of Choice
  • Identify opportunities to sell new Workday consulting service offerings and solutions
  • Develop new accounts and expand existing accounts within an established territory, industry, product segment, or channel
  • Build strong business relationships and position Huron as a trusted solution provider
  • Prospect for opportunities through the Workday channel and direct territory in the Financial Services space
  • Grow the sales pipeline, generate qualified leads, and submit proposals using knowledge of Huron’s service offerings
  • Collaborate with Workday architects and delivery professionals to align solutions with client needs
  • Lead complex sales cycles, including deal qualification, strategy, competitive analysis, and contract negotiation
  • Communicate and partner with C-Suite, VP, Director, and Manager-level executives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a sales hunter role in the IT professional services or management consulting industries
  • Demonstrated expertise, history of sustained success and a strong network within the Workday market
  • Expertise in Workday SaaS products and solutions
  • Professional services experience
  • Deep understanding of Workday SaaS products
  • Strong sales skills
  • Ability to establish and manage client relationships with key decision makers
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to communicate and partner with C-Suite, VP, Director, and Manager level executives
