About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Foster team collaboration and strengthen team capabilities
- Take full ownership of workstreams and deliverables
- Prepare high-quality, client-ready analyses, presentations, and actionable insights
- Apply Innosight intellectual property and emerging technologies, including generative AI, to enhance recommendations
- Collaborate with engagement teams to develop and refine strategic client recommendations
- Lead and manage one or more workstreams, including structuring problems, planning analyses, and delivering results
- Break down complex problems, prioritize analyses, and manage timelines
- Create polished presentations and reports communicating findings and recommendations
- Contribute to brainstorming and problem-solving sessions
- Present insights and recommendations to clients
- Conduct primary and secondary research, analyze and synthesize data, and identify key client implications
- Support internal initiatives and business development efforts
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience delivering strategy work in a top-tier consulting environment or internal corporate strategy, corporate development, or transformation function
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills across growth strategy, M&A, corporate transformation, or business model innovation
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with excellent academic performance
- Exceptional ability to structure and solve ambiguous problems using data-driven approaches
- Proficiency in translating complex information into actionable insights
- Familiarity with generative AI concepts and tools, and understanding of their business applications
- Industry experience in Industrial, Materials, Financial Services, or Life Sciences (incl. MedTech) is a plus
- Fluency in English is required
- Proficiency in German and/or another major European language is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proactive, self-motivated approach to work
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to travel as needed based on client and project demands
- Ability to obtain Swiss work authorization required
- Availability to start in Q1 2027
