About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement Oracle Cloud Financials hands-on, working closely with senior team members to ensure successful delivery
  • Partner with clients to design future-state business processes and functional solution designs
  • Execute or oversee configuration, testing, and training/end-user support
  • Partner with technical teams to guide design and testing of conversions, integrations, and Oracle AI solutions
  • Collaborate with senior team members to learn best practices and build technical/functional expertise
  • Deliver project work streams, manage work plans, perform analytics and reporting, and interface with clients through presentations
  • Collaborate with client staff and leadership
  • Manage and mentor junior Huron staff

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–3 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP
  • Experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced consulting environment
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
