Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on enterprise-scale platform implementations
  • Must be able to lead design sessions across multiple Oracle Financial modules and be comfortable being hands-on
  • Proven experience leading Oracle Financial implementation as both a Finance Architect and Engagement Lead, driving solution architecture and delivery execution
  • Must be comfortable leading onshore and offshore support resources
  • Experience with estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration
  • Ability to establish credibility with senior-level, financially literate client executives
  • Proven thought leadership demonstrated by speaking engagements and/or publications
  • Oracle EPM awareness is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects of different scale and duration
  • Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in project-management and technical dimensions
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
