Manage projects and lead engagement teams
Build long-standing client relationships
Collaborate with colleagues to solve important client challenges
Plan, shape, and deliver technology solutions aligned with client goals, visions, and missions
Specialize in enterprise software products, particularly Oracle EPM Planning (EPBCS)
Mentor junior staff on engagement teams
Share expertise, feedback, and encouragement
Train and contribute to the professional development of Huron staff
Contribute to multiple projects of differing scale and duration
Travel as needed to work with client or internal project teams

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
5-7 years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud implementations in a consulting role
2-4 years of experience as a functional lead or technical specialist
Successfully delivered multiple end-to-end implementation projects in Oracle EPM Planning (EPBCS)
Experience as a functional application specialist
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration
Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in project management and technical dimensions
Proven ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration
Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
