Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Reporting and Analytics workstreams on project implementations, including enterprise transformations and targeted initiatives (OTBI, BI Publisher, FDI, OAC)
Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor for reporting and analytics initiatives
Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting and dashboard solutions
Advise on and configure data quality, governance, and security standards
Design and oversee development of dashboards, reports, scorecards, and data visualizations using Oracle Analytics tools
Oversee data integration, data modeling, and analytics best practices
Provide leadership and mentorship to consultants and analysts
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Support business development activities, proposal development, and solution presentations
Partner with Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, and EPM teams to deliver integrated analytics solutions across various industries

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in Oracle Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data & Analytics consulting
3+ years of experience leading consulting teams or managing client engagements
Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher)
Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) experience
Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) experience
Oracle AI Data Lake house (AIDL) experience
Data Visualization and Dashboard Development experience
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure experience
Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Applications (Financials, SCM, HCM, or EPM)
Experience gathering business requirements and transforming them into analytical solutions
Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
Up to 50% travel as needed
