About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work as an active member of a Huron consulting team
Structure ambiguous client problems, conduct research and analysis, evaluate alternatives, and develop practical recommendations
Analyze quantitative and qualitative information to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and implications
Own defined workstreams or deliverables and collaborate with project teams
Synthesize insights into client-ready presentations and deliverables
Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and subject-matter experts
Manage priorities and take responsibility for work quality and impact
Build productive relationships with clients and colleagues
Seek feedback, apply coaching, and develop consulting capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Current enrollment in a two-year MBA program
Expected graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and accountability
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing circumstances, and meet deadlines
Intellectual curiosity and interest in learning new industries, functions, technologies, and approaches
Comfort working with quantitative and qualitative information
Client-service mindset and commitment to meaningful, measurable results
2–3 years of professional experience in consulting, Higher Education, or relevant work experience prior to MBA enrollment
US work authorization required
