About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Architect and implement D365 F&SCM solutions with embedded AI, automation, and predictive capabilities
- Advise CFOs and senior leaders on AI-enabled ERP strategy
- Deliver thought leadership on AI, analytics, and automation to improve close cycles, forecasting, and operational efficiency
- Translate business requirements into scalable D365 F&SCM designs
- Integrate Power Platform and Azure AI services
- Lead cross-functional teams through finance transformation initiatives
- Drive innovation, user enablement, and adoption of AI-powered tools
- Oversee end-to-end implementations, including design validation, deployment, and post-go-live optimization
- Participate in sales pursuits by leading discoveries, configuring software demonstrations, building project plans and proposals, and leading client presentations
- Guide C-level stakeholders and align technology with business objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years in ERP/financial systems
- 5+ years of D365 F&SCM solution design
- 4+ full life cycle implementations as the finance architect
- Experience in configurations
- Strong knowledge of core finance processes including GL, AP, AR, budgeting, consolidations, and treasury
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements
- Deep D365 F&SCM knowledge
- Experience integrating Power Platform and Azure AI services
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven automation required
- Proven ability to engage C-level executives and lead strategy discussions
- Experience aligning technology with business objectives
- Experience leading discoveries, configuring software for demonstrations, building project plans and proposals, and leading client presentations
- Strong stakeholder management
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation and adoption initiatives
- Willingness to travel 25%
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field is preferred
- MBA preferred
- Microsoft certifications MB-310 and MB-700 strongly preferred; AB-100 a plus
