About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop calendars for multiple clients, including arms, segments, procedures, and visit assignments in CTMS
  • Build financial consoles by adding protocol-related elements, parameters, specifications, subject-related items, and milestones for new and legacy clinical trials in CTMS
  • Develop coverage analyses for multiple clients in Excel and client CTMS
  • Develop research administrative back-office deliverables, including budget development and negotiation, sponsor invoicing, accounts receivable management and reconciliation, and regulatory administrative support
  • Assist Huron's Research Office team with coverage analysis reports, study budgets, study calendars, charge segregation, and other trial documentation
  • Review and provide feedback on Clinical Research Administrative Specialist I projects
  • Support client contacts for client-specific needs
  • Expand working knowledge of clinical trial regulation and develop skills across Huron's Research Office service lines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • U.S. work authorization is required
  • Bachelor's degree required in a health/science related discipline (biology, public health, healthcare administration, nursing, etc.) or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical research administration related experience, including exposure to coverage analysis, clinical trial budgeting, and/or CTMS calendar or financial console development
  • Ability to interpret and apply clinical guidelines including Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, Federal Drug Administration, National Comprehensive Cancer Network
  • Highly detail oriented with the ability to provide quality assurance or develop back-office research related deliverables with minimal to no errors
  • Intermediate Excel competency
  • Preferred: Experience with OnCore, Reveal, Velos's eResearch, or Patient Protocol Manager
  • Preferred: Experience with Quality Assurance reviews
  • Preferred: Experience developing others and providing training for new skills
  • Preferred: Experience drafting standard operating procedures or other process documents
