About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Epic Hospital Billing workflow and system configuration optimization
- Complete hands-on Epic build and testing
- Optimize Hospital Billing workqueues and billing edits
- Support denials and Revenue Management Center optimization
- Perform reporting using Reporting Workbench, Radar, and SlicerDicer
- Identify and implement opportunities to leverage Epic native automation capabilities within Hospital Billing
- Help healthcare organization clients maximize EHR technology investments and improve care delivery, patient outcomes, and profitability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Epic Hospital Billing certification required
- Strong Epic HB generalist experience
- Hands-on experience with Epic Hospital Billing configuration, build, and testing
- Experience with HB workqueues, billing edits, and Revenue Cycle optimization
- Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment
- Preferred: Experience with Epic denials and RMC optimization
- Preferred: Experience with Reporting Workbench, Radar, and SlicerDicer
- Preferred: Experience implementing Epic native automation capabilities
- Preferred: Previous experience supporting large-scale Revenue Cycle optimization engagements
