Lead project work streams for Huron clients to implement complex solutions in institutional governance and compliance
Lead consulting projects focused on research security, export control, and institutional governance
Utilize Huron methodologies and analytics tools
Collaborate with university and healthcare leadership, client staff, and leadership
Manage junior Huron team members
Implement comprehensive solutions to improve administration processes related to research security
Enhance organizational effectiveness and drive sustainable research security administration transformation and practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Current U.S. work authorization required
A minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, Higher Education, Healthcare, or relevant work experience
Direct experience working in a research security and/or export control office or function of a university, hospital, or research institute
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
Export Compliance Professional (ECoP®) certification preferred
Experience in secure research, conflicts of interest, conflicts of commitment, research operations, and/or regulatory compliance preferred
Previous consulting experience preferred
