Serve in an outward-facing, hands-on, and multi-faceted role combining project and engagement management, team leadership and material interaction with clients at tactical and strategic levels
Participate in client-facing engagements through all project phases, from pursuit to delivery
Manage projects and conduct intensive data analysis to implement impactful recommendations
Contribute to overall practice development
Mentor Coachees when assigned
Perform general project and organizational administrative tasks
Lead and architect Workday CLM and Strategic Sourcing implementations
Work with business users to analyze requirements, design solutions, write functional specifications, conduct tests and troubleshoot issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience analyzing requirements, designing solutions, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and working with business users
MUST have experience leading and architecting Workday Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Strategic Sourcing implementations
Operational expertise in contracting, including contract authoring, negotiation workflows, approvals, renewals and compliance
Experience leading and architecting Workday Procurement, Supplier Accounts and Inventory is preferred
Certification in Workday Financials/Supply Chain or hands-on experience with the application
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Industrial Engineering
5+ years of experience leading project workstreams and client engagements with little to no supervision
Proven ability to mentor and develop junior consultants and build bench strength within a practice
Ability to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinking
Strong analytical skills, functional or technical knowledge, and hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutions
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain results, risks and issues to internal teams and client leaders
Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with clients or other internal project teams
