About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work in conjunction with Huron and client team members
  • Lead the implementation life cycle, including planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live, and post-production support
  • Perform project management and technical functions in a dynamic, highly visible position

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Workday HCM certification - Payroll
  • Prior management consulting experience in HR transformation
  • 8-10 years of Workday Payroll implementation experience
  • Experience leading large-scale clients, preferably in Higher Ed/University settings
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills to establish relationships of trust and collaboration
  • Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in project management and technical dimensions
  • Ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration
  • Strong analytical skills to translate meeting information into documentation
  • Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% when requested by the client
