About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions, primarily for Service Cloud
Build, configure, and deploy Agentforce Service Agent topics, actions, prompt templates, and grounding configurations
Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and business analysts to gather requirements and create technical designs
Participate in solution design discussions and recommend scalable Salesforce architecture and best practices
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Service Cloud and Agentforce implementations
Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, bulkification, design patterns, and governor-limit management
Support Salesforce integrations with third-party systems through REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
Monitor Salesforce releases and recommend new Agentforce and Data Cloud features
Document technical designs, configurations, and processes
Mentor junior developers when needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

4–5 years of overall Salesforce development experience
Strong expertise in Service Cloud, including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Email-to-Case, CTI integrations, and Entitlements/SLAs
Minimum 1 year of hands-on production experience building and deploying Agentforce Service Agents
Solid Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Flow, and declarative development skills
Experience with Salesforce REST/SOAP and API-based integrations and middleware tools
Strong understanding of Salesforce data and security models and governor limits
Experience with Git and CI/CD deployment tools such as Copado, Gearset, or SFDX
Experience with Data Cloud (Data 360), including data harmonization, identity resolution, calculated insights, and segmentation
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification
Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; MCA
Excellent communication, problem-solving, ownership, collaboration, and stakeholder-engagement abilities
Platform Developer II and AI Specialist certifications are a plus, not mandatory
Experience with Sales Cloud, prompt engineering, LLM-based automation, Agile/Scrum, or clinical trial projects is good to have
