About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Administer and support the firm’s marketing technology stack
  • Manage day-to-day system maintenance, configuration, troubleshooting, and testing
  • Coordinate upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and vendor-supported improvements
  • Monitor platform performance and improve usability and efficiency
  • Maintain system documentation, procedures, and training materials
  • Supervise and provide day-to-day direction to marketing technology administrators and data stewards/specialists
  • Support CRM and experience management platforms, including InterAction, Foundation, or similar systems
  • Support data quality, data cleanup, user adoption, reporting, dashboards, and analytics
  • Respond to user questions and troubleshoot system-related issues
  • Support administration of the firm’s website, CMS, and digital marketing technologies
  • Coordinate website updates, content publishing, and new page development
  • Monitor website analytics and prepare performance reports
  • Support SEO, accessibility, user experience, and digital optimization initiatives
  • Manage mailing lists, audience segmentation, templates, workflows, and email automations
  • Support client alerts, newsletters, event invitations, webinars, surveys, and other email marketing initiatives
  • Develop recurring reports and dashboards and translate data into recommendations
  • Participate in marketing technology implementation, requirements gathering, testing, QA, training, and launch activities
  • Provide end-user support and guidance to attorneys and business professionals
  • Create training materials, knowledge base articles, and quick-reference guides
  • Support evaluation, testing, and implementation of firm-approved AI-enabled marketing technologies
  • Identify automation and technology enhancement opportunities
  • Support compliance, access permissions, records retention, data privacy, data integrity, and quality processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience supporting marketing technology, CRM, digital marketing, business development technology, or marketing operations
  • Experience administering CRM, email marketing, website, or related business development technologies
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with attorneys, business professionals, vendors, and technical teams
  • Preferred: law firm or professional services experience
  • Preferred: experience with InterAction, Foundation, Vuture, Concep/Litera Marketing, Power BI, Tableau, GA4, Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress, or similar platforms
  • Preferred: experience supporting marketing automation and email marketing platforms
  • Preferred: familiarity with CRM data management and reporting best practices
  • Preferred: experience supporting implementation or migration of marketing technology systems
  • Preferred: exposure to AI-enabled marketing and productivity tools
  • Preferred: experience managing, supervising, or providing day-to-day direction to a team
