About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work on R&D projects involving advanced hardware architectures for global markets
- Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from concept, architecture definition, and prototyping through mass production
- Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, software, validation and testing, manufacturing, and other teams
- Conduct tests, validate functionality, and troubleshoot technical issues
- Participate in DFM discussions, prototype testing, and production ramp-up
- Maintain clear documentation of projects and technical decisions for the team’s knowledge base
- Define architectures, conduct technical analyses, and perform validations with the teams involved
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in related fields
- Strong experience developing mixed-signal, analog, and digital systems
- Experience in hardware design, including high-frequency design, HDI PCB layout, signal integrity analysis, EMC/EMI, and DFM
- Experience defining architectures, conducting technical analyses, and performing validations
- Experience with the complete hardware design process: schematics, simulation, PCB design, and industrialization
- Knowledge of optical and wired communication systems, protocols, and embedded hardware interfaces
- Experience with high-speed interfaces in telecommunications — Ethernet (10G, 25G, 100G, 200G), SerDes/CDR, backplane interfaces, and optical interfaces (SFP+, QSFP-DD, OSFP)
- Strong knowledge of quality processes
- Simplified Chinese — Level 3
- English — Level 4
- Availability for occasional travel
