About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct Annual Medical Clearance evaluations (Good Faith Exams) via video/audio to assess patient eligibility for treatment
- Remotely triage and treat patients through the secure telemedicine platform
- Provide personalized education and recommend wellness-focused treatment plans
- Support clinical coordination for onsite patient visits as needed
- Deliver clear, compassionate virtual care experiences
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes
- Participate in the telehealth provider schedule, including weekend rotation, supporting a 7-day-a-week model
- Complete clinical documentation
- Sign off on patient charts
- Manage e-prescriptions and lab orders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in both California and Texas (required)
- 1+ years of Nurse Practitioner (NP) experience
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Proficiency in EMRs, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office
- Quiet, professional, distraction-free home work environment with reliable internet
- Availability to work any scheduled shifts; assignments may change based on scheduling and business needs
