Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify potential leads through research and outreach in HubSpot
  • Maintain and update lead databases or CRM systems
  • Participate in creating email campaigns under supervision
  • Schedule meetings and follow-ups for Client Executives
  • Support promotional materials and social media content
  • Organize and attend community events or webinars
  • Track marketing campaign effectiveness
  • Learn how insurance products meet client needs
  • Shadow Client Executives during client consultations and sales meetings
  • Track sales metrics and prepare weekly or monthly performance reports
  • Analyze customer feedback and sales data
  • Assist with competitor analysis and market research
  • Maintain communication logs and support client retention efforts
  • Complete projects supporting the team as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Rising junior, senior, or graduate-level standing at an accredited college or university, or graduated within the past seven months
  • Minimum average GPA of 3.0
  • Ability to work from one of Hylant’s office locations nationwide
  • Availability to work from May 18-August 13, 2027, with some flexibility
  • Interest in a long-term career in insurance
  • Major in Risk Management and Insurance, Sales, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, IT, Business, HR, or Communications preferred but not required
  • Authorized to work for any U.S. employer
  • Hylant cannot provide H-1B visa sponsorship
  • Involvement in extracurricular activities and/or part-time job recommended
