About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the full Americas technical delivery motion end to end
Personally drive bootcamps on major pursuits alongside Agent Builders
Expand existing accounts and land new logos
Build and operate an agentic OS that upskills a team of agents alongside Agent Builders
Reduce time to productivity for new joiners
Establish a field-to-product feedback cadence with Product leadership
Land at least three field-built capabilities into the core product by month six
Double ARR per head year on year
Grow the Americas team and maintain attrition below 20%
Put a development plan in place for every player-coach
Collaborate with AI R&D, Product, and Sales
Own the technical delivery motion from initial conversations with underwriting leaders through live premiums on the platform

Requirements

What you’ll need

Built agentic AI systems personally and recently, including the harness architecture, toolchain, and quality validation approach
Grown through engineering into leadership while keeping hands-on involvement in the work
Created internal tooling, harnesses, or workflows that measurably improved team speed and delivery operations
Tackled the hard 80% of a problem when appropriate and can explain the tradeoffs and rationale
Experience operating in enterprise go-to-market environments with long cycles, multiple buying centers, and implementations measured in quarters
Ability to hold a technical room and move a commercial outcome in the same conversation
Managed a leadership team of player-coaches and demonstrably developed those individuals
Demonstrated speed of technical assimilation in a new domain under real customer pressure
Ability and willingness to work from the office 2–3 days per week in a hybrid working model
Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
