Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Comfortable working with current technology, including experience and familiarity using MS Office (Outlook/Excel) and Windows Operating Systems
  • Ability and willingness to learn technical material in a school-like setting
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow and process instructions
  • Basic math understanding
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Successful completion of a technical assessment
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Comfort working in a manufacturing environment
  • Standing for extended periods during 8-hour shifts
  • Ability to perform repetitive motion
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced factory setting
