About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assemble world-class plasma cutting systems and subassemblies
- Use standard processes, documentation, tools, and technology
- Build high-quality products meeting customer expectations before shipment
- Maintain attention to detail, safety, and quality
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to reduce environmental impacts, enhance quality, reduce cost, and increase shared profits
- Collaborate with team members in a clean, safe, supportive manufacturing environment
- Troubleshoot assembly errors or failures
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow directions and standard work documents
- Ability to work independently alongside team members to build sub-assemblies and finished goods
- Ability to independently troubleshoot errors or failures
- Adherence to all safety policies and procedures
- Attention to detail
- Excitement about working with a team and within a collaborative ownership culture
- Ability to work with required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to stand for extended periods during 8-hour shifts
- Ability to control handheld power tools
- Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive motion activities
- No experience necessary
