About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead UX design work from problem definition to final delivery
- Rapidly explore ideas through prototypes, including AI-assisted prototyping, and evolve selected solutions to high fidelity
- Support user research, including user interviews and usability testing
- Translate research findings and user insights into clear, evidence-based design decisions
- Create, use and evolve Design Systems for consistency and scalability
- Apply accessibility best practices and WCAG 2.2 guidelines throughout the design process
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary research, product and development teams
- Work directly with client stakeholders to communicate progress, gather feedback and align decisions
- Present work and explain design rationale to clients and internal teams
- Explore and integrate AI tools into design and research workflows, including research synthesis, ideation, prototyping and content generation
- Work on end-to-end UX projects for clients across a range of industries
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of experience in UX Design, Product Design or a similar role
- Portfolio demonstrating design thinking and process, not only polished final screens
- Strong Figma skills, including components, variants, auto layout and prototyping
- Hands-on experience working with Design Systems
- Good understanding of digital accessibility and WCAG 2.2
- Practical experience conducting or supporting user interviews and usability testing
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including confidence discussing work and responding constructively to client feedback
- Professional fluency in Portuguese and English
- Nice to have: experience in a consultancy or agency environment, particularly across multiple projects or clients simultaneously
- Nice to have: experience using AI in day-to-day design practice, including research synthesis, prototyping, ideation, content generation or workflow automation
