About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Further development and new development of microservices for SMART COMPARE
Contribute to all phases of software development, from architecture and conceptual design through implementation and quality assurance to documentation
Develop and operate high-performance backend solutions with C#/.NET
Work according to agile methods and participate in code reviews
Collaborate closely with Consulting, Database Administration, Development, and Support
Actively advance the platform, sustainably expand existing applications, and implement new requirements
Support the integration of AI-powered features and automations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience in backend development with C# and .NET
Experience developing web services, APIs, or distributed applications
Interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and data-driven applications
Knowledge of at least one of the following technologies: web services, relational database systems, Docker, OpenShift, Jenkins
Initial experience with cloud technologies or AI-based services is desirable
Strong commitment to quality and the ability to keep customer value at the forefront, even when addressing complex challenges
Willingness to experiment with new approaches, analyze errors, and grow together as a team
Very good German language skills, at least at C1 level, both spoken and written
Professional experience
