About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and enhance microservices for SMART COMPARE
Contribute to all phases of software development, from architecture and conceptualization through implementation and quality assurance to documentation
Develop and operate high-performance backend solutions using C#/.NET
Work according to agile methodologies and participate in code reviews
Collaborate closely with Consulting, Database Administration, Development, and Support
Continuously improve existing applications and implement new requirements
Support the integration of AI-powered features and automations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Practical experience in backend development with C# and .NET
Experience developing web services, APIs, or distributed applications
Interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and data-driven applications
Knowledge of at least one of the following technologies: web services, relational database systems, Docker, OpenShift, or Jenkins
Initial experience with cloud technologies or AI-based services is a plus
Excellent German language skills, at least C1 level, both written and spoken
Professional experience
Strong commitment to quality and the ability to remain focused on customer value when addressing complex challenges
