About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop features end to end—from database and backend implementation to UI, deployment, and monitoring
Take ownership of code in production, including troubleshooting and resolving issues after release
Modernize existing backend and frontend components while delivering new functionality
Ensure code quality through tests and code reviews
Reduce technical debt through code refactoring and performance profiling
Participate in an established agile development process, including refinement, estimation, and retrospectives
Work in a cross-functional team responsible for a domain of a real estate platform used by banks and brokerage firms across Germany
Develop and modernize web-based business software for real estate management and marketing

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of web development experience with C#/.NET – OOP, ASP.NET, REST APIs
Experience working with SQL and relational databases
Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern SPA frameworks
Ability to implement Figma designs as responsive UIs using HTML and CSS
Comfortable using AI tools effectively, without compromising the end results
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Teamwork, good self-organization, and the drive to learn and improve
Excellent written and spoken English
Nice to have: Experience React
Nice to have: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, or message brokers
