About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze functional and non-functional requirements
- Perform extensive manual testing for new features
- Create test cases in TestRail
- Identify, reproduce, report, and track software bugs
- Perform cross-browser and device testing with BrowserStack
- Perform regression testing
- Participate in the release approval process
- Research and share new practices, tools, and technologies to increase QA efficiency
- Collaborate with and support developers, product owners, and other QAs throughout the development lifecycle
- Clarify requirements and define test scenarios
- Test web-based products used by banks and brokerage firms across Germany
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify the root causes of failures and defects
- Attention to detail and strong self-organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Knowledge of German would be considered an advantage
- Experience with functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing
- Knowledge of QA processes and methodologies
- Experience creating test cases in TestRail
- Experience with cross-browser and device testing using BrowserStack
