About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Acquire new customers from the target groups of insurance brokers, housing companies, and insurers
- Provide professional support to customers
- Present and compellingly demonstrate the FIO Claims Management Platform
- Analyze customer needs and develop tailored sales solutions
- Build and continuously maintain long-term customer relationships
- Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to further develop the platform and sales strategies
- Represent FIO at trade fairs, events, and industry conferences
- Strengthen and expand the professional network
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial training in the insurance sector, such as Insurance and Finance Specialist, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in the insurance sector, ideally in property and casualty insurance and/or claims management
- Experience in consultative B2B sales
- Knowledge of the target groups of insurance brokers and insurers
- Experience in strategically building and developing customer relationships
- Confident and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to explain technical content clearly
- Analytical mindset and solid basic technical understanding
- Ability to explain digital solutions and platforms clearly in an insurance context
- Willingness to travel as required
- Flexible and self-directed approach to work
- Native-level German proficiency
- Good English skills
